Rasper machine
Rasper machine is used to crush cleaned cassava tubers. After crushing, starch particles will be released, preparing for the next step of separation.Starch is present in the form of bound starch and free starch in the raw cassava tubers. Compared to hammer mill, the rasping machine has a higher line speed, it can separate more of the bound starch, to improve starch extraction rate.
Horizontal type centrifuge sieve
After crushing process, the next is separation of fibers. In the market, there are two kinds of centrifuge sieve, one is vertical type and another is horizontal type. The horizontal centrifugal sieve can achieve high speed, the starch granules can obtain a longer sieve running trajectory on the sieve surface, and at the same time it can generate a large centrifugal force, thereby realizing the active separation of the starch granules. However, the vertical centrifugal sieve cannot have a higher rotational speed, because the higher rotational speed will accelerate the movement of the material on the sieve surface and shorten the sieve stroke, so it is an equipment that is on the verge of being eliminated.
Hydrocyclone station
Hydrocyclone station is used to remove protein, cell liquids etc. The discharge of sewage from the top of the hydrocyclone is also an important assessment standard. Our cyclone will realize the concentration, refining and recovery of starch slurry in the combination (there are two places: in front and behind), and meet the standard of top stream starch content is less than 0.2%. Our design can maximize the recovery of starch and reduce starch loss.
Flash dryer
Flash dryer is the last step of cassava starch processing plant, which is used to dry wet starch and get dried starch as output. Our dryer adopts negative pressure system. When inside pressure is lower than atmospheric pressure, starch won’t get out. Besides, the reasonable design of cyclone separator ensures that exhaust pipe doesn’t have loss of small granular starch, ensuring yield of finished starch.
