Description

A complete cassava flour production line can be divided into the following parts:

Cassava cleaning and washing process-peeling and crushing process-dehydrating process-drying process-sieving process-packing process
 
1.The cleaning and washing machine
The firstly used cassava flour production machine is the cleaning and the washing process. And the mainly used machine is the dry sieve and the paddle washing machine. When the newly harvest cassava is transported into the plant, it will be firstly transported into the receiving hopper by the forklift. Then it is transferred into the dry sieve through the conveyor in which the sand, dirt and other impurities will be cleaned. After the cleaning, the cassava will be washed in the paddle washing machine. Through the inverse movement of the water current and the cassava driven by the paddle rotating, the mud and the remaining sand will be thoroughly cleaned out.

2.The peeling and crushing machine
After washing, the cassava will be peeled in the peeling machine which called paddle washing machine. And then it will be transport to the crushing unit by the inclined belt conveyor, the rasper will crush the cassava into the cassava slurry.
 
3.The dehydrating machine
After the crushing process,the cassava needs to be dehydrated.And the next cassava flour production machine is the dehydrating machine-plate frame filer press. With the help of the pate-frame filter press, the cassava slurry will complete the dewatering process.

4.The drying machine
After dehydrating process, the water content is pretty high in the cassava cake which is almost up to 45%-60%, therefore it need the dry process.The dryer machine is the flash dryer in which the wet cassava flour will be heated by the hot wind and the water will evaporate.

5.The sieving machine
After being dried in the airflow flash dryer, the collected cassava flour will be transported to the vibration sieve-another cassava flour production machine. And then the coarse particles will be sifted from fine cassava flour.

6.The final packing machine
After all these process, the cassava flour will be packed by the automatic machine. And the whole process of the cassava flour production line is completed.
