1. Cleaning and washing stage
In cassava starch making production plant, cassavaes are fed through the feed hopper and transported into cleaning machine for removing the small stones, dirt and other debris of raw materials. After stone removal, cassavaes are washed in a rotary washing machine. The cassavaes are constantly rolling and rubbing in the water, which can make the soil on the cassava peel off to achieve a good washing effect. After washing, cassavaes are transported to the temporary storage hopper through the inclined belt conveyor.

2. Crushing stage
The cleaned cassava is pulverized by a rasping machine, which blows the structure of the raw material in cassava starch making production plant, so that the tiny starch granules can be disintegrated and separated from the cassava. With water as the medium, after two pulverizations, the cassava is slurred. 3. Screening stage

4. Concentration and refining stage

5. Starch dehydration and drying stage

The wet starch after dehydration is dried to further reduce water content, the steam pressure is controlled at 0.8mpa, and the water content of the finished starch after drying is less than 14%.
