Description

Cleaning: raw brown stick cassava--clean brown stick cassava

Cleaning is the first step of cassava flour processing line. It mainly removes impurities to ensure continuous materials processing. Dry sieve andpaddle washing machine are configured in this step, the former uses a dry cleaning principle to remove impurities like sediment, weeds and leaves on the surface of cassava, and the latter adopts a water washing method to wash the residual debris away.

Peeling: clean brown stick cassava--peeled white stick cassava

Due to the toxic cyanide contained in the cassava skin, peeling is anecessary step for cassava flour making. The peeling machine manufactured by Jinrui adopts a sand roller design to remove two layers of cassava tubers quickly and effectively. The peeling rate can reach 95%. Moreover, stainless steel material greatly ensures food safety when touching the cassava.

Crushing: peeled white stick cassava--mushy cassava

Cassava crushing is to transform the peeled solid cassava into a paste state. And a cutting machine and a rasper will be configured in this step of cassava flour processing line. In the cutting machine, the solid stick cassava will be cut into flakes. Our cutting machine, with 4cr13 material and diamond-shaped blade design, can greatly improve the crushing efficiency, reducing the working time. Later, the sliced cassava will be conveyed to the rasper and be crushed into paste cassava under the squeezing and crushing of the rasper blade and the rotating drum.

Dehydration: mushy cassava-filter cake cassava

After mushy cassava is diluted with clean water, it will be pumped into plate-frame filter press for dehydration. Being squeezed by the plate-frame in this step, pasty cassava will become powder cake cassava. At that time, process water will be filtered and discharged. Compared with traditional hydraulic presses, Jinrui plate-frame filter press is designed with the integration of mechanical drive, electricity, and hydraulic pressure, which can realize high output and small filter cakein a short time, more efficiently.

Drying: filter cake cassava--coarse cassava flour

Generally speaking, filter cake cassava after hydraulic pressure needs to be crushed by hammer crusher or by hand, and then enter the flash dryer for drying. Filter cake cassava entering the flash dryer, it will be dried with the movement of high-temperature airflow. Jinrui flash dryeradopts different sizes of pipe design to increase the contact area between the material and the airflow. In addition, the fan designed at the pipe end uses a negative pressure principle to extract airflow, which greatly improves the drying effect.

Sieving: coarse cassava flour--fine qualified cassava flour

Sifter sieve in cassava flour processing line is to improve the fineness and purity of the final qualified flour. In this step, dried cassava flour enters the sifter sieve through the pipeline device and will be screened by the meshes of the sieve, at the same time, the coarse cassava flour will be screened out and the qualified fine powder will be saved. Generally speaking, the qualified cassava flour is about 60 meshes. And the discharge of our sifter sieve can be adjusted to meet different fineness requirements of different clients.
