The principle of the cassava dewatering machine is that: when the drum rotates, the inside and outside the drum forms pressure difference because of the vacuum effect. When starch milk contacts vacuum drum, the starch milk starch milk is sucked on the surface, while the filtrate is sucked into the filtrate separation and is pumped away. The filter cake is scraped off by the scraper, then being processed further.
