Cassava flour production process and making machine

The complete line of cassava flour processing machine needs several machines to performance the affection of washing, rasping, dewwatering and drying. On the following is the working process of cassava flour in cassava flour production process. And it can be further divided into 5 section: cleaning& washing-crushing-dewatering-drying-sieving & packing

First part is cleaning & washing
Through the cassava raw material cleaning and peeling to achieve material purity and ensure the continuity and efficiency of follow-up treatment. The dry sieve and paddle washing machine were utilized to clean cassava raw material in cassava flour production process. Paddle washing machine is a professional washing machine for processing of cassava into flour.

Second part is crushing
Here comes the most important unit in cassava flour production process. Cassava flour processing equipment for crushing plays the decisive role in cassava flour yield, the more crushing rate of the rasper, the more products yield. Some plants also using cutting machine to chop the cassava roots into small pieces before crushing to lower the burden of crushing machine. Third part is cassava flour dewatering
The grated cassava is then transported into plate frame filter press for dewatering in cassava flour production process. The dewatering process mainly serves to press the excess water so as to meet the standard for drying in processing of cassava into flour.

Fourth part is cassava flour drying
Then the dewatered starch is further dried by flash dryer to the required moisture content of the commercial starch in cassava flour production process. The heat source of the air dryer is the steam heat exchanger. Wet cassava flour is heated by hot air and water is evaporated. After drying, cassava flour is separated from air in a set of cyclone separators.

Fifth part is sieving and packing
Vibration sieve is the extensively used sieving machine in cassava flour production process which mainly sift flour to remove fibrous materials and lumps so that the cassava flour can meet the market standards in terms of fineness. Then the finished cassava flour is appropriately packed by semi-automatic packing machine for storage.
