The working principle of cassava sieving machine
Vibration sieve is a three dimensional vibration sieve which takes the upright motor as vibration source. The upper and lower ends of the motor are equipped with eccentric weight hammer which change the motor rotation movement into horizontal, vertical and inclined three dimensional movement. Then it passes the movement to the screen surface making the material move outward on the screen. By adjusting the phase Angle of upper and lower ends, the movement track of materials on the screen surface can be changed. It can achieve fine screening, probability screening of the material.

When vibration sieve is started, the power unit vibrates the eccentricity blocks of the upper and lower ends of the motor, and a composite inertial force is produced by high speed placement. This force make cassava sieving machine body do complex spinning movement while the sieve box will do continuous reciprocating movement under the action of vibration power, so that the material on the surface of the screen make directional movement with screen box. In this way, materials smaller than the aperture of the sieve surface fall down to the lower layer through the sieve hole, and become the under layer of the sieve. And materials larger than the aperture of the sieve surface are discharged from the discharge port after continuous jumping movement, and finally screening is completed.
