Cassava starch processing plant for cassava starch making

The whole cassava starch processing plant includes: cassava cleaning part, cassava washing part, cassava cutting part, cassava grinding part, cassava desanding part, cassava separating part, cassava concentration and refining part, cassava dewatering part and cassava drying and packing part. Cassava

1. Conveying and cleaning: The fresh tapioca in storage yard is firstly conveyed to dry sieve for cleaning by forklift. The impurities therefore are effectively removed under the action of collision and friction.

2. Washing: Washing serves to wash away all the impurities of tapioca, such as mud, dirt and outer brown peelers. It is required that to check the water source in cassava starch processing plant regularly to ensure it is not contaminated.

3. Rasper for cassava crushing:
Function: The most important machine in cassava starch processing plant whose function is to crush cassava to release starch as much as possible.

4. Starch slurry separation: Centrifuge sieve and fine fiber sieve are both used for starch and slag separation in cassava starch processing plant. 5. Desanding: Desanding is completed by desander cyclone. The starch slurry is pumped into desander by a pressure pump in cassava starch processing plant. Desander features with small size, large capacity, saving space, fine sand removal effect and low maintenance cost.

6. Concentration and refining: This cassava starch processing machine is to separate the protein, fiber, cell sap and other impurities from the starch slurry, thereby achieving the purpose of washing, refining and concentrating the starch milk.
