The working principle and structure of cassava refining machine
The cassava refining machine is mainly used for separating the small fiber from the cassava flurry. It take advantage of the gravity of the starch slurry itself and low centrifugal force to achieve the separating purpose.
When working, he starch milk goes to the feed end of the drum,  and the drum rotates at a constant speed under the drive of the drive system, thus driving the material to move on the sieve surface of the drum. Under the rinsing effect of spray water, the starch of small particles enters the slurry collection tank through the surface net and is discharged from the collection port. While the fine fiber that can not pass through the screen stays on the screen and be discharged from the slag outlet, then the fiber separates with the starch.

The whole drum of the cassava refining machine is partially supported by the bracket. In the process of the separation, the back flushing system in the external of the drum will spray water to wash the screen back to ensure timely wash the blocked screen mesh. Thus it can ensure the permeability of screen mesh and achieve continuous operation.
