1. Potato cleaning equipment:
The first potato starch processing equipment is dry sieve which can effectively remove the small stones, dirt, sand and other impurities out of potato. With the help of the inner spirals, the potato move steady forward without damage the raw material.

2. Potato washing equipment:
The cleaned potato is conveyed to the paddle washing machine which is a widely used potato starch processing equipment in potato starch production line. The paddle washing machine is a high efficiency washing machine which takes countercurrent washing principle. The water moves in the converse direction with the potato so that the washing effect is greatly improved. The large capacity and easy handling characteristics of this machine makes it save labors for the factory.
 
3. Potato grating equipment:
After cleaning and washing by potato starch processing equipment, the potato will be crushed. Through the screw feeder, the potato goes into the rasper-an efficient grating machine and being crushed into potato slurry. Due to the grating efficiency (the percentage of free starch available) is critical to the overall system rate, a special design has been made for the rasper to achieve the highest possible photo grating efficiency.

4. Separating equipment:
The potato starch processing equipment for  separating process is mainly for the separation of fiber and the potato starch. The centrifuge sieve is used in this process. The centrifuge sieve utilizes the high speed centrifugal force to separate fiber and starch. Normally in order to achieve better separation effect, potato starch processing line adopts multi-stage centrifuge process.

5. Enrichment and refining equipment:
Hydrocyclone station is A potato starch processing equipment mainly used to remove the fine fiber, protein and cell sap for concentrating and refining process. The hydrocyclone pipe is made of strengthened nylon which is solid and durable. The hydrocyclone station of Doing Company is designed to recycle the starch milk to avoid the loss of starch and can achieve continuity of the starch production.

6. Dewatering equipment:
The water content of starch milk coming out of hydrocyclone station is too high to dry directly. Therefore, it is necessary to dehydrate starch milk first to reduce water content of starch for extraction of starch from potato. The potato starch processing equipment for dewatering is vacuum filter.  The filter cake is scraped off by the scraper, then is conveyed into feed hopper of flash drier.

7. Drying and packing equipment:
The dehydrated starch cake is transported to the feed inlet of the flash dryer through the conveyor belt and enters the hoist through the feeder of potato starch processing equipment. The heat source of flash dryer is steam heat exchanger. The wet starch is heated by the high speed hot air and the water evaporates. After drying, the wet air leaves the cyclone separator and is discharged into the atmosphere by the ventilator. The collected starch is packaged into finished products by packaging machine.
