Hydrocyclone station for tapioca starch manufacturing process
Hydrocyclone station is the cassava starch processing machine used for separate insoluble protein and residual soluble protein and other impurities from starch in tapioca starch manufacturing process. Cassava starch processing plant normally adopts 14 stage(can be customized according to demand) hydrocyclone unit. The primary purpose of the first two stage is to concentrate starch. The primary purpose of the next 12 stages is to refining the starch for subsequent use in tapioca starch manufacturing process. The hydrocyclone pipe is made of strengthened nylon. It features with computer designed internal structure, elegant and compact.

Flash drying machine

The flash drying machine is the most important section in tapioca starch manufacturing process, cassava material enters the drying pipe from the powder feeding machine, and the fresh air is heated by the radiator to be mixed with the wet material sent to the drying pipe by the powdering machine. The heat is suspended in the hot air stream for heat exchange in the heat and mass transfer process due to the power of the fan. The dried material is further sieved into the finished starch that meets the requirements of our customer. Then the finished starch can be packaged by cassava starch processing machine.
